Mango Ice cream

Mango Ice Cream: with wiping cream and Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 cup: Whipping Cream
  • ½ cup: Sugar Powder
  •  ½ cup: Milk
  • ½ cup: Condensed Milk (Amul Mithai Mate)
  • 1 kg: Mangos in total
  • 1 cup: Mango Puree. Can add more cups as per your preference and sweetness of the mango.
  • 1 Mango for Dressing

The Recipe:

  1. In a big bowl: add the whipping cream
  2. Using a hand whisk for 6-7 min or the machines, Whip the cream till it becomes thick and fluffy. Make sure it remains cold through the process. To know when it’s ready, scope some cream with a spoon and it shouldn’t fall down. It’s totally whipped when you can turn the bowl upside down and It won’t come out
  3. Add the Powdered sugar
  4. Add the Milk
  5. Add the condensed milk (so that ice cream doesn’t become rock solid)
  6. Cut Mango pieces, put them in the mixer and make the Mangoo Puree.
  7. Add Mango puree to the Mixture.
  8. Steer it till it looks creamy and consistent.
  9. Add mini small pieces of mango. This is for the pulpy texture.
  10. Mix with a soft hand.
  11. Freeze overnight.
  12. Scope your icecream balls into a cone or a dish
  13. Garnish it with small pieces of freshly cut mango!
  14. Enjoy!
